Excellent communicator, kind, guided me through symptoms and how to manage a potential recurrence of pneumonia. Left surgery feeling a lot better simply because he'd put me at such ease. Very rare to find a practice with such great staff throughout, and very glad I'm with this practice.

My family have visited this practice for many years,including my children and grandchildren. Firstly it is extremely well run,waiting times are kept to a minimum and it is usually possible to see a doctor the same day or the next. Dr Palacci has a wealth of experience and this is very apparent when consulting him. As a patient you have absolute confidence in his judgement and sound advice.

Dr Palacci is a great doctor. Totally happy with all aspects of the surgery from the telephone lines through to receptionist and very importantly the great care and attend I receive from Dr Pallacci every time i visit him. I could not be better cared for.

My family of 5 is very happy with the care we receive from Dr. Palacci and the other members of his surgery. They are fantastic with our 3 young children. Dr. Palacci jokes around with them to make them comfortable and forget that they are in a doctor's office. The team always listen and take a common sense approach to healthcare. We feel like we are in great hands. They are also very flexible in terms of scheduling appointments and we seem to always be able to see a doctor at short notice whenever necessary. I have mixed feelings about writing such a glowing review as this could lead to the surgery being overrun, but it's important that the team get recognition for the good job they are doing.
